How do I use the reports under “Conversion Velocity”?

The Conversion Velocity reports under Velocity Analysis benchmark the velocity with which you take prospects from one CrSTAL milestone to another against other Multifamily organizations.

B. The first report is an Overview of Conversion Velocity:

The icon beside the name of the graph specifies the area that depicts the Multifamily benchmark. 

a. For the Lead to Toured Duration, the organization's 25th percentile of lead to toured

              conversion was 4 days, and the 75th percentile was 7 days.

b. The benchmark for Multifamily organizations for the Lead to Toured Duration had 

     it's 25th percentile at 2 days and the 75th percentile at 6 days.

Since the 75th percentile of the conversion velocity was more than the multifamily benchmark, it underperformed and was shown with . In contrast, the 25th percentile was within the quartile and was satisfactory and depicted with .

c. For the Applied to Leased Duration, the organization's 25th percentile of applied to 

     leased conversion was 17 days, and the 75th percentile was 24 days.

d. The benchmark for Multifamily organizations for the Applied to Leased Duration

     had its 25th percentile at 12 days and the 75th percentile at 31 days.

C. The second report is Conversion Rate Analysis by Property, which provides a

     property-wise analysis of conversion rates and benchmarks them against the

     organization-wide performance rates:

e. For Avenue Place, the lead to toured conversion velocity was 11 days.

f. The relevant benchmark for lead to toured conversion was 4-7 days, and since the

    conversion velocity for Avenue Place was greater, it underperformed the

    benchmark and was depicted with

g. For Lake Place, the conversion velocity for toured to applied was 5 days.

h. The relevant benchmark for toured to applied conversion was 7-18 days, and since the

     conversion rate for Lake Place was lesser, it overperformed the benchmark and
