A. Go to: Performance AI ➡️ Multitouch Attribution ➡️ Multi-Touch Influencer Reports ➡️
B. Choose the property and time period for which you want to see the CrSTAL Efficiency by
Source reports.
C. The first table summarizes the Total Number of CrSTAL Milestones covered in the time
period. In this example:
a. The total number of milestones completed was 17928.
b. The total number of contacts created was 10716.
c. The number of tours scheduled was 3873.
d. The number of 1st tours completed was 1743.
e. The number of applications filled was 673.
f. The number of leases signed was 923.
D. This is followed by a table about Top Journey Influencers for Time Period. In this
example:
g. The first column shows the name of the different marketing sources.
h. The second column shows the number of journeys influenced.
i. Apartments.com influenced 1699 journeys, and the blue bar beside it represents the
relative number of journeys it has influenced compared to other sources.
E. The final graph is Journeys by Source - Rank Over Milestone, where is curve denotes
the relative performance of the source over a particular CrSTAL milestone. You can hover over
each curve to learn about the specific numbers associated with the source. In this example:
Organic search was responsible for creating the 2nd most number of leads, but it was first when it came to scheduled tours, completed 1st tours, applications, and leases.
