How do I use the Tasks page in CRM?

The Journey AI CRM Tasks page allows you to display and filter through tasks assigned to your properties’ agents.

 

a. Log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app and the Tasks page.

b. It will show the Tasks by Agents list.

c. The list shows the Agent name and the following task types;

  • #Overdue Tasks: If the agent has overdue tasks.
  • #Today Tasks: Tasks assigned to the agents for today.
  • Future Tasks: Tasks assigned to the agents for the future.

d. You can search and filter tasks by the following fields,

  • Task Type could be Call/Email/To Do.
  • Contact Name is the name of the prospect or resident.
  • Email is the email ID of the prospect or resident.
  • Agents Name is the name of the agents for your property. You can search for All Agents or any specific agent.
  • Task Status could be Done/Not Done/All.
  • Due Date is the date range for which you want to view the tasks.

e. Click the Search button to search for your tasks.

f. You can add a new task by clicking the + sign at the top right.
