To verify a Property email with AWS:
Step 1: Ensure the property is added to the Hyly Customer Care CRM.
Step 2: Sub-Orgs => Sub-Org Edit => Basic Info => Property Essentials Card.
Step 3: Add the property email to the Property Email field and press Verify.
Step 4: Once the verification has been sent, go to the Property's CRM and send the "Amazon SES Verification" Canned Email.
To verify an agent's email with AWS:
Step 1: Go to the agent's prospect profile in Hy.ly Customer Care CRM and add the agent's email to the FROM field in the email section.
Step 2: Press Verify.
Step 3: Send the "Amazon SES Verification" Canned Email once the verification has been sent.
