How do I verify my Call As Number from CRM?

Your Call As Number is your phone number in your Sub-Org Property essential information. Before making calls using your Call As Number, ensure your Journey AI CRM profile is set up, and the Call As Number is verified. Following are the step-by-step instructions to verify your Call As Number.

 

a. To see your phone number at Sub-Org, log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app > Go to Sub-Org> Select Sub-Org Edit> Check Property Essential under Basic Info.

b. Go to Joureney AI CRM> Select Contact Lists and search for the contact you want to call. 

c. In the contact card, click the phone icon in the top right corner of the screen. 

d. Before using your Call As Number, you will need to verify it. The Call As # contact number must be the same as in your property essentials.

 

Your Call As Number cannot be an IVR ( Interactive Voice Response) number, i.e., an automated 1-800 number with an options menu. 

 

e. Click Verify this Number link to verify.

f. You will receive a code on the screen and a call at this number. When prompted, enter this code to verify your number.

g. You should now see a green check mark indicating your number has been verified. Now you can make calls to your contacts.
