How do I view and edit walk-ins in Journey AI Tours?

You can use the "Walk-In" function in Tours to manage walk-ins and unscheduled visits to your property.

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Go to Agent Calendar.

b. Click on the Walk-In you wish to view.

c. The details of the Walk-In may appear automatically once you reach the activity stream page. The notes written for the prospect's visit can be viewed under their activity stream timeline.

d. Click on the Walk-In you wish to edit and click on the Contact Info button.

e. Click the Edit button and edit the necessary details.

f. Click on the tick sign at the top right side to save the changes and cross sign to cancel changes.

The only field that cannot be edited is the Email field.

 

g. The new edits will overwrite the previous entries and appear in the same activity as part of the activity stream.
