How do prospects schedule tours from Hayley Chat?

Hayley Chat allows your prospects to schedule tours with minimal effort under personalized guidance. Moreover, it confirms and sends reminders for their tours post-scheduling. Following are the step-by-step instructions for scheduling tours using HayleyChat. 

You can schedule a tour using Guided Chat or Conversational Chat.

 

A. Guided Chat:

a. You can directly choose the Schedule a Tour option. However,  Find an Apartment, or Photos, Videos, and Community Info that come under the Show All Options tab will also direct you to Schedule a Tour.

 


 

b. Hayley will provide the tour scheduler form. You can choose tour type, date, and time as mentioned below:

  • Tour Type: You may choose the tour type from the In-Person Tour, Live Video Tour, and Self Guided Tour by clicking the respective tab.
  • Date: You need to confirm the date for your tour. You may pick up from the given options or select from the calendar by clicking the Show all button.
  • Time: You need to select the time of your tour. You may pick up from the given options or select from the calendar by clicking the Show all button.

c. Finally, you must provide details like First Name, Last Name, and Email ID, which is mandatory. You may or may not provide your contact number.

d. You can tick the check box to receive text messages.

e. You may need to answer a few more optional questions; this may vary from property to property.

f. Once done, click the Schedule a Tour button.

 


 

h. Your tour will be scheduled, and you will receive a confirmation message immediately. 

i. You may proceed further and give feedback on the service or skip it.

 

B. Conversational Chat:

a. You can also communicate with Hayley in natural language and ask to schedule a tour, and Hayley will guide you in scheduling a tour. The process will be the same as that of guided chat.
