How do residents reserve amenities from the tour scheduler?
a. Open the property website, go to the resident portal, and press the Reserve Amenity button. Select the amenity you wish to reserve.
b. Select the number of guests if needed.
c. Select the date and time you would like to reserve the amenity.
d. Enter your required information, select the SMS options to receive SMS updates, and click Reserve.
e. Residents will receive a notification saying their amenity has been reserved.
f. Residents will receive emails (and SMS if selected) confirming their amenity reservation and a booking reminder.
