In this article, we will explore how prospects experience Hayley Chat.


A. Initial Interaction:

a. Upon visiting the property website, Hayley's mascot will appear on the screen, accompanied by a text bubble.

b. The text bubble may include:

    • Quick Actions: Options like Schedule a Tour or visit the Resident Portal for immediate access to our services.
    • Welcome Message: A friendly greeting to make you feel at home.
    • Special Offers: Current promotions, such as "1-month rent-free," along with a Call-to-Action (CTA) button like Schedule a Tour, as shown in the image below.

To start the chat, click on the mascot.

B. Chat Controls:

a. In the header panel of the chat window, you can find the following options in the sequence below.

    • Restart Chat: Click the Restart Chat button to restart the chat at any point during the conversation.
    • Give Feedback: Click the Give Feedback button to share your feedback.
    • Language preference: You can choose your preferred language using the toggle button; we have options for English and Spanish.
    • Go full-screen: To view the chat window full-screen, click the Go full-screen button.
    • Minimize: Click the sign to minimize the chat window.



 

C. Guided Chat:

a. You can interact with Hayley through clickable options such as Find an Apartment, Schedule a Tour, or Show All Options.

 


 

b. By clicking the Show All Options button, you can view Photos or Videos, access Community Info and the Resident Portal, Contact Me, etc.

c. To close this window, click the cross button.
