How do we set up FHA complaint responses for the properties?

Hayley complies with the Fair Housing Act, ensuring all interactions are inclusive and legally compliant. This protects property management companies from legal issues and promotes respectful and fair communication for all prospects.

Hayley has specially crafted messages that adhere to the Fair Housing Act and cater to all protected classes. Hayley can also allow you to change the responses based on your needs.

This article will guide you to view and update Fair Housing responses.

a. Navigate to Journey AI, and you will be directed to the home page, select your Org.

b. Go to the Settings menu in the left side menu panel and click to open the Settings page.

c. Check the Message Type as Fair Housing Act. You can click on the link icon to open the Fair Housing Act weblink.

d. The Title column includes all protected classes.

e. You can make changes to the message in the text box and click the tick mark to save changes.

 

f. Click the Preview button to see the preview of the changes you made.

g. Finally, click the Reset button to reflect the changes on the product.

 

h. Once the setup is done, the prospect will receive the messages as shown in the image below.
