Property access needs to be set up first to start using Hayley Mail. Once the property gets access to Hayley Mail, it can begin communicating using the Hayley Mail ID specific to the property.
a. As soon as a prospect submits a guest card, Hayley Mail will send the first outbound email communication from your verified property email address. For example, if your verified email address is avenueatyork@hy.ly, Hayley Mail will use that email address to respond to prospect queries.
b. However, if your property email address is not verified, the email ID
chat+<property_name>@hyly.ai will be used.
c. Prospects can start asking questions about community amenities, tour scheduling, community policies, etc., in response to the first email. The image below shows what the interaction looks like:
If the property email address is not verified at Sub-Org, the Hayley Mail will use the chat+propertyname@hyly.ai email address to interact with Hayley Mail. For example, if the property name is "Avenue at York," the email address would be chat+avenueatyork@hyly.ai. However, your prospects will see the email communication coming from your verified property email address. The Reply to field will always be the chat+propertyname@hyly.ai.
