a. As a prospect, when you schedule a tour from the property website, you will receive a confirmation email.
b. You can cancel your tour by clicking the reschedule button highlighted in the email body.
c. On clicking the reschedule button, you will be taken back to the property's website scheduling page, where you can click the Reschedule button to reschedule your tour.
d. The Journey AI Tours system will auto-fill the name and other fields, so you must choose a new date and time to reschedule the appointment.
e. You will see the details of your new appointment and can update your calendars to reflect the new time of the rescheduled appointment.
