a. Go to the property website and click the Schedule a Tour button. You will be directed to the tour scheduler.
b. Select Tour Type, your preferred date and time.
c. Enter your information, like first name, last name, email, etc.
d. Fill up all the mandatory fields marked with a star icon.
e. Click the Schedule button.
f. Once the schedule is successful, you will be directed to the confirmation window.
g. You can add the appointment to your online calendars, like Google Calendar.
h. On clicking the Get Directions button, you will be taken to a Google Maps page that automatically calculates the trip you will take to the property from your current location.
i. As a prospect, you will also receive a confirmation email. You can manage your appointment from the email as well.
j. Also, you will receive a reminder email a night before your tour.
