How does Hayley alert prospects through price drops and unit availability nudges?

Hayley goes beyond just answering prospect inquiries. It also sends personalized updates based on prospect preferences to help them progress in their journey. This is achieved through alerts, which notify prospects of unit availability and price drops in real-time. Alerts are an essential part of Hayley Nurture that ensures prospects are always informed about the latest unit availabilities and price drops without needing extra work from the onsite teams.

Let’s explore how alert nudges work:

Alerts Flow:

a. Hayley pulls information from the PMS about unit availability and price drops and gets prospect preference information from the PMS and CRM.

b. Hayley matches this information with prospect preferences to determine which information will be sent to which prospect.

c. Once chosen, Hayley sends the info through emails and SMS to prospects using different templates.

d. Alerts are only sent once in 7 days so that prospects do not receive an influx of marketing messages in a short time.

e. Each alert is also specific to a prospect’s place in the lead-to-lease journey and has customized CTAs.

  • If a prospect hasn’t scheduled a tour, their email will have a “Schedule a Tour” CTA.
  • If a prospect has completed a tour, their email will have an “Apply Now” CTA.
