How does Hayley Mail update the agent's CRM with the lead's contact details?

 

Prerequisite: Access to Hyly CRM is essential.

Hayley Mail automatically captures and manages leads through email interactions. When a prospect submits contact or tour scheduler forms with HayleyMail, contact cards are automatically created in the CRM. This automation minimizes the need for manual data entry and ensures that no potential lead goes unnoticed.

a. When a prospect sends an email to Hayley Mail, the CRM creates the contact based on the information it can get from the email.

b. In the image below, Hayley created the contact based on the preliminary information shared and started recording the communications.

c. As soon as you schedule a tour and fill out the tour scheduler form or the contact form, Hayley will update the rest of the details in the contact card, i.e., Name, Phone Number ( if shared), status, sub-status, form questions, etc.

d. It will also record all email conversations from the prospect in the CRM.
