How does the NCX Nurturing Experience of Journey AI Drips work?

New Construction (NCX) Nurturing is a Journey AI Drips Experience that keeps your new construction prospects until the property is ready for move-in. It achieves this by sending timely and targeted content about the upcoming community, neighborhood, and apartments. This keeps prospects interested and informed throughout the entire new construction project journey, even if there is no physical property available to showcase.

How does NCX Nurturing engage new construction prospects?

The lack of physical property, time constraints, staffing shortage, and lack of tech infrastructure make promoting new construction uniquely challenging. NCX Nurturing helps in keeping the prospects engaged in the following ways:

  • Automates engagement and nurturing, eliminating missed opportunities.
  • Sends a timely cadence of personalized property details like apartment features, amenities, and neighborhood, nurturing prospects consistently.
  • Provides consistent branding, delivering a seamless brand experience to prospects.
  • Building an evolving, personalized relationship that makes prospects feel valued and informed every step of the way.

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Drips.

b. Go to the left side menu panel and click New Construction Angel.

💡You might find Day 0 mentioned at the bottom left of every email. This is due to the default settings of the automation, which trigger the emails in the drip based on the prospect journey and construction timelines. Hence, you may ignore this.

c. Under New Construction Angel, you will see emails in the following sequence:

  • Autoresponder: When a prospect signs up through your property website or splashpage, the autoresponder will be triggered to welcome the prospect.
  • Property Overview: The next email that is sent out is the property overview email, which gives prospects an overall idea about your community, its amenities, and its neighborhood.
  • Neighborhood: This email offers valuable information to your prospects about the surrounding neighborhood of the community and its convenient access to a variety of amenities. This includes shopping centers, entertainment options, and more.
  • Amenities: The amenities email showcases the various amenities that will be offered to prospects within the community. This includes features such as a swimming pool, fitness center, conference rooms, and more.
  • Features: The features email provides information about the unique features of the apartment homes, such as the type of flooring, interior design options, available appliances, and more.
  • Floor Plans: Floor plans are provided to prospects through the floor plan email. This gives them an orientation of how the apartments will actually look like.
  • Preleasing:  Once the property is ready for move-in, the pre-leasing email is sent to the prospects to apply for their desired apartment.

d. The content and sequence of all the emails in the drip sequence can be easily customized by contacting your support team at support@hy.ly.

e. You can turn the drip sequences on/off to manage drips and also edit drip campaigns according to your requirements

How is NCX Nurturing auto-triggered?

The NCX Nurturing drip gets auto-triggered at an equal time interval, depending upon your move-in date. Here are a few examples that explain how it works:

Case 1: If a prospect has signed in to your splashpage today and your move-in date is in the next six months, the prospect will receive the autoresponder drips immediately after sign-in. The rest of the six emails will be sent at equal intervals, one each month, until the move-in date in the given sequence.

Case 2: If a prospect has signed in to your splashpage today and your move-in date is in the next three months, the prospect will receive the autoresponder drips immediately after sign-in. The rest of the six emails will be sent at equal intervals, two each month, until the move-in date in the given sequence.

💡The emails are triggered based on the tags assigned to them at the backend. These are based on prospect actions, and the time interval calculated as per your property move-in date.
