Hayley Chat is a powerful tool for multifamily agents, streamlining the capturing and managing of leads directly through their website interactions. Automatically generating contact cards in the CRM when a prospect engages with HayleyChat significantly reduces manual data entry and ensures every potential lead is noticed.

Hayley Chat offers two primary interaction methods to capture and store a prospect's contact information in the CRM: Guided Chat and Ask Me Anything.

 

A. Guided Chat:

Guided Chat is an interactive feature of HayleyChat designed to guide prospects through predefined options, leading to the creation of a contact card in the CRM.

  • Contact Me: When a lead selects the "Contact Me" option during their interaction,
    1. They are prompted to fill out a form with essential information such as their first name, last name, and email address. Providing a contact number is optional.
    2. An option to consent to receiving text messages is available.
    3. Additional questions may be asked depending on the property's requirements.
    4. The lead completes the process by clicking the Submit button.

  • Schedule a Tour: If the lead opts to schedule a tour, they must fill out the same guest card, which is updated in the CRM.

 

B. Ask Me Anything:

  • Contact Request: If a lead expresses a desire to be contacted or to schedule a tour:
      1. Hayley Chat prompts completing a guest card, similar to the Guided Chat process.
      2. Essential information required includes first names, last names, and email addresses, with the option to provide a phone number.
      3. The option to receive text messages is also available here.
      4. Upon completion, clicking the Submit button finalizes the process.

  • Tour Scheduling: If the lead selects a tour using Ask Me Anything, they will be asked to fill out a guest card. The process is the same as guided chat.
