Hayley Chat offers two primary interaction methods to capture and store a prospect's contact information in the CRM: Guided Chat and Ask Me Anything.
A. Guided Chat:
Guided Chat is an interactive feature of HayleyChat designed to guide prospects through predefined options, leading to the creation of a contact card in the CRM.
- Contact Me: When a lead selects the "Contact Me" option during their interaction,
