How do I activate QR codes for events?

 

 Following are the steps to add a QR code to your Journey AI Event invites.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Events.

b. Create a new event or Edit an existing event. 

c. Turn on the QR Code Entry toggle after editing the Landing Page. Turning the toggle on will add a unique QR Code to the confirmation and reminder emails.
d. Click on Save & Next to save the changes.

e. Edit the Event further in the Omnichannel Preview section and confirm if the QR code is available at all previews.
 

Note:

  • The confirmation and reminder emails will have unique QR codes for the invitees to show to the agents for hassle-free entry to the Event.
  • This QR Code can be used to mark attendance.
