Note:

Only an Admin user can approve or disapprove an event.

If you do not approve the event before the scheduled date and time, the event will return to draft mode and will not get published or sent.
A. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Events.
B. The approver can check approval requests in three ways:
a. Click the Review Event button on the top banner.
b. Select the My Approvals sub-menu under the Approvals menu.
c. Select the Event to review from the top Notification queue.
C. On My Approval Page, click the Review to Approve button to approve/disapprove an event.
D. The approver can review the event, edit if required, and click the Approve button in the upper right corner. A confirmation window will pop up. Click Yes, approve. Also, you can Disapprove the Blast by clicking the Disapprove button.
The event will appear in the Event list as Scheduled For Publish, and the agent will be notified. The approver's Approval History tab will display the newly approved event.
