How do I block a property contact from receiving future emails?

a. Log into  http://my.hy.ly/, then  https://my.hy.ly/nimda/, and click on the Manage button under Email, Landing Page, Arties section.

 

 

 

 

 

b. Under the Email, Landing Page, Artie page go to the Sends section and click the Suppression Emails link.

 

 

 

 

c. Under the first text field, enter the contact's email address that you want to be added to the my.hy.ly suppression list. If you list multiple emails, make sure commas separate them or have one email address per line. Click the Save button after adding the (s) you want blocked.

 

 

 

 

 

 

You also have the option to remove emails under the second text field. The same rules apply if you want to remove emails from the my.hy.ly suppression list.
