If you are experiencing trouble logging into Journey AI apps or viewing its latest features, there is a quick fix for this: Clear Storage within your browser.
Following are the step-by-step instructions to clear storage in Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers.
A. Google Chrome:
a. Right-click on the Journey AI webpage and select Inspect.
b. Go to the Application tab.
c. We recommend changing your display to the bottom of your screen. Do this by clicking the three dots in the upper right of the inspect screen and selecting the third Dock Style layout option.
d. Click Storage on the far left of the Inspect screen.
e. Click Clear Site Data, exit the Inspector window, and refresh your page.
B. Firefox:
a. Right-click on the Journey AI screen and select Inspect Element.
b. Go to the Storage tab.
c. To change your display to the bottom of your screen, click on the three dots in the upper right of the Inspect Element screen and select Dock to Bottom.
d. Click Local Storage on the far left of the Inspect Element screen.
e. Click the dropdown arrow and select the URL. Right-click and select Delete All. After you exit the Inspector Element page, click refresh.
C. Safari:
Before completing the below steps, ensure your Web Inspector is enabled. To do this: Safari> Preferences>Advanced. Go to the Develop menu in the menu bar. Click here for more information.
a. Go to the Develop tab and click Show Web Inspector.
b. Go to the Console tab.
c. Under Console, select All on the right side top of the Web Inspector window.
d. Then click the trash icon on the far right of the Web Inspector window.
e. Exit out of the Web Inspector and refresh the page.
You should now be able to log in to Journey AI and view the latest app versions.
