In the Hyly.AI app, you can create a user account under an org and provide required access according to the user's role, provided you have admin access.
Following are the step-by-step instructions to create a user account under an org.
a. Log in to Hyly. AI account > select your Org > go to Accounts.
b. To create a new account, click the Add New Account button.
c. Fill in the personal information like First Name, Last Name, Initials, Email, and Signature of the person for whom the account is being created.
d. Select the Role for the User from the dropdown menu.
e. Also, add the properties the user can access by selecting the checkbox beside the property names.
f. Select the products and the type of access you want to provide the user under the Select Products section.
g. I user might have No Access, Vendor, User, or Admin access for an app.
h. Click on Add User to create the account.
i. You will be redirected to the Accounts page, with a green message displayed.
j. The new user will get a Welcome email from support@hy.ly that will include further instructions on logging into Hyly.
