b. Go to My Groups page.
c. Click on the + Add New Group button.
d. A pop-up window will open to add a New Group.
e. Edit the Group Name and Group Description per your requirement, depending on the target audience.
f. The Group Expression helps you categorize a large sample of data into groups depending on specific attributes. There can be many ways to categorize the groups depending on exactly what audience you want to target. You can make groups using the different category options available, such as Email, Campaigns, Email Checks, Batches, or Categories under the Sub-org and Contacts fields.
We will explain the Group Expression field using the below-mentioned examples;
➡️ Example 1 - If you want to create a group of an already uploaded CSV file with a particular Batch name.
a. Select the option Batches, following expression as IS, Includes, or Excludes (as per requirement), and add the Batch name.
b. Click on the + sign below the first expression to add further filters within the same group. For example - If you want the leads with Email Checks as OK only, select Email Checks> IS> OK as the following expression.
c. You can select the option of AND / OR in case of multiple group expressions depending on the audience you want to target.
d. You can preview the contacts list before creating the group by clicking on Preview.
e. Once sure, click Create, and the group will be created.

a. If contact groups are created with a certain Time Frame Expression, they will become recurring groups.
