b. Click on the dropdown menu at the top left corner and select Contact Import/Export.
c. Go to the Raw Contact Export page. This is where you can map out how many leads you want to be exported under your properties.
d. Add Report range: You can select the date range for how many leads will be included in your exported file over a period. Remember that if the date range is extensive - for example, from several months to a year or over, it may take up to an hour to export the data.
e. Select sub-org/s: Select a particular sub-org or multiple sub-orgs per your requirement to export the leads. We recommend that you only select one sub-org to avoid waiting a long time for the data to be exported.
f. Filter by Playbook/s: Select all playbooks or a specific playbook you want to include in the exported file.
You can either filter by playbook/s or select sub-org.
g. Select fields: By default, the following ten options will be selected under this section: Hyly Contact ID, Email, Full Name, Property Name, Created Date, Method, Source, Email Subscriber Status, Email Check, and External Contact IDs. We recommend that you leave this as is.
h. After filling out those fields, enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.
i. Click the Export Raw Data button. You will then receive a pop-up message that the Lead Data will be sent to your email address.
j. Depending on the amount of data you want, it will take at least a minute for the data to be exported. Once you receive the email, click its Download File link. Your lead data will be exported as a spreadsheet.
