a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app, go to your Org, and click on hyBeacon app.
b. Select the Link Generator under the dropdown menu in the top left corner.
c. Select the Property for which you want to generate the links.
d. Source will be the source or site for which you are generating this link. In this case, choose Google My Business.
e. Medium will always be Web.
f. The Channel field will always be Prospect because this is an outward-facing link from which your prospects will be scheduling.
g. The URL will be generated under the Tour Scheduler link on Google My Business section.
h. Click the Copy button to copy and paste it into the respective fields when setting up your Google My Business profiles.
i. For Facebook, Steps 1-3 remain the same. The only difference is your Source. Select Facebook instead of Google My Business.
j. A unique URL will be generated under the Tour Scheduler link on Facebook section.
k. Click the Copy button to copy and paste it into the respective fields when setting up your Facebook profiles.
