How do I use the Event Contact List Report page?

Reports by event contact list can be viewed at the Org and Sub-org levels.

 

A. Navigation:

a. To view reports at the Org level - Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Events> click the Reports menu.

b. To view reports at the sub-Org level - Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Events> click the Reports menu.

 

B. Event Contact List Report:

         🔹At Org Level :

🔹At the Org level, the Report can be filtered by Property, Date Range, Events, and Status.
🔹The Report has the following columns, 


a. Name: It shows the names of the invitees.

b. Email: It shows the email IDs of the respective invitees.

c. Phone Number: It shows the phone numbers of the invitees.

d. Additional Guest: It shows the number of additional guests joining the event along with the invitees.

e. Status: It shows the invitee's status, like RSVPed, canceled RSVP, waitlisted, attended, or not attended.

🔹Reports can be filtered and sorted by each column. It also can be downloaded.


           

               🔹At Sub-Org Level:

🔹At the Sub-Org level, the Report can be filtered by  Date Range, Events, and Status.
🔹Rest all features are the same as Org Level Report.
