A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Lead Gen Analysis ➡️ LGA Dashboard ➡️ CrSTAL by

     Source.

 

B. On the left, you can see the marketing sources ranked by the number of leads they created in

     10/16/2023-11/12/2023. In this graph:

a. Property Website created 8.31% of the leads.

b. Organic Search created 7.45% of the leads.

c. Zillow Rental Network created 5.98% of the leads.

d. Apartments.com created 5.19% of the leads.

e. Google My Business created 1.56% of the leads.

f. Walk-ins and Drive-Bys created 1.44% of the leads.

g. Paid Search created 1.14% of the leads.

   10/16/2023 - 11/12/2023 and 6.59% of the leads in 12/11/2023 - 01/07/2024.

• The position of the curve shows the relative rank of the source over each time 

   period. For example: The property website created the 2nd most leads in

   10/16/2023 - 11/12/2023, but was first when it came to lead creation in

   12/11/2023 - 01/07/2024.
