A. Navigation:
Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Events > click on the RSVP count for the respective event.
B. View the RSVP list:
a. Events, Date range, and Event names can filter the RSVP List.
b. Invitee, Invitee Type, Invitee Email, Status, Attendance action, etc can be sorted.
c. You can export the details into a CSV file by clicking the Export CSV button.
C. Cancel RSVP :
a. To cancel the RSVP for the invitees, click Cancel RSVP.
b. A message box will pop up to confirm cancelation. Click on Yes, Cancel RSVP.
c. The invitee's status will change to RSVP Cancelled.
D. Manage Waitlist :
a. A person will be marked as Waitlisted on the RSVP list if the RSVP capacity is complete.
b. An agent can only confirm RSVP for the waitlisted person if the RSVP capacity is still incomplete.
c. An agent or lead can cancel the RSVP to open the capacity. Once the capacity opens up, click Confirm RSVP to accommodate the waitlisted leads.
d. The status of the invitee will change to RSVPed.
