How do I set up a CRM user profile?

Context
In this tutorial, you will learn how to set up a CRM User Profile. Once completed, your agents will be able to send and receive emails and make phone calls through this profile.
 

Step 1 - Navigate to Profile in Journey AI CRM

Go to your Journey AI CRM app and click "Profile" in the dropdown menu in the top right of the screen.
 
 
 
 

Step 2 - Edit Information

Edit the relevant fields to your profile, including:
  1. Full Name
  2. Account Email - The email you use to login to your Hyly.AI account
  3. Send From Email - The email address visible to prospects on emails sent from the CRM
  4. Phone - Your direct line or cell phone that you will use when making calls. (This number will be masked by the property primary number when making calls)
  5. Signature - Your default signature in emails
 
 
 
 
Note:
Your "Account Email" is the email you use to login to your Hyly.AI account. The "Send From Email" is the email address visible on emails sent from the CRM. This can be the same email as your Account Email. Alternatively, the Send From Email could be a shared email address used by all members of the leasing team, for example.

Step 3 - Save your Profile

Click "Update" to save your new profile. 
 
 
Now, your Journey AI CRM profile is complete!
