How do I set up tour trigger automation?


Every marketer's common question is what happens after the prospect tours the property. How to follow up with the prospects to get feedback? 
To create a chain of follow-up emails after the prospect tours the property, Hyly.AI has the Tours Trigger Automation system.
Following are the step-by-step instructions to manage tour trigger settings.
 

a. Log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the Automation app. 

b.  Click on the Playbooks drop-down menu and select the Lifecycle Plays page.
c. To create a new automation, click the  icon in the top right corner of the page.

d. Once you click the + icon, it will take you to the Artie Template page.
e. To select Tour Completed Artie, hover over the template.

f. Edit the When conditions as follows:
  1. Status - The first field should be Tour Completed.
  2. Trigger Sources - Mark the checkboxes under the Trigger sources field.
  3. Trigger Time - Select the Trigger Time as per your Then emails to be sent. Your Trigger Time should be more than the days you send the last Then emails. For example - If you send the last follow-up email on day 25 after the prospect has toured the property, then the Trigger Time should be Past 30 days or more, which is more than 25 days. If the tour trigger time is set on fewer days than the number of days the last email goes out, then all the emails won't get triggered. 
  4. Trigger Sub-Orgs - You can select the sub-orgs options as per your need. You can choose any Sub-org to apply automation for all the sub-orgs. For applying the automation on specific sub-orgs, select the specific sub-orgs option and select the sub-orgs from the sub-org list. 
  5. Trigger Frequency - The Trigger Frequency should be Every time event occurs.

g. Next, add the emails you wish to send as follow-ups as the Then Condition. 
  1. Action Time - Put the Action Time as per your requirement.
  2. Action Type - Select the Action type as Send hyMail.
  3. Action Item - Select the email campaign as the Action Item.
  4. Response Time - Mark the checkbox of Schedule Response.
  5. Event Time - Schedule the event for 10 AM.
  6. Mark the checkbox of Execute ONLY IF prospect did not receive this email.
h. You can add as many Then conditions as required. Once done, click on Save Changes to save the settings.

i. Once you are done with the settings, hover over the automation and click  Turn On to turn the automation on.
