How can I use the omnichannel preview while creating an event?

Once an event is created, the Omnichannel preview sub-tab shows the preview of the event invite in all formats. To access the preview, follow the steps given below;

 

A. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Events

B. Create a new event or Edit an existing event. 

C. Once the changes are saved by clicking the Save & Next Button, it goes to the Omnichannel Preview sub-tab.

D. Once the preview is done, click the Next button at the top right corner to Schedule an invite.

E. The invite can be previewed as Landing Pages, Confirmation Pages, Emails, and Flyer.

H. Emails:

    • The Email section previews the different emails users can receive. All these emails are customizable.
    • On hovering over the email, you can Edit Email, Send Test email, and Preview the email.
    • Also, you can view the following information;
      • Sent to: To whom will the email be sent?
      • When: date and time when the email will be sent.
      • Sent By: Who will send the email?
    • The toggle button at the bottom right helps to turn the emails on/off.
    • Following are the three types of emails that can be previewed.
      • Notifications: Under the notification, four types of emails are available with Sent to, When, and Sent by fields populated as mentioned below :
          1. Event Invite: Sent to - All the invitees, When - User scheduled date & time, Sent By - User.
          2. Event Canceled: Sent to - All the RSVPed list, When - When event cancelled, Sent By - Artie.
          3. Event Rescheduled: Sent to - All the RSVPed list, When - When event rescheduled, Sent By - Artie.
          4. Thank you: Sent to - All the attendees, When - 10 am Next day from when the attendance is marked, Sent By - Artie.

      • Reminders: Under Reminders 3, types of emails are available with Sent to, When, and Sent by fields populated as mentioned below :
          1. RSVPed Reminder: Sent to - All the RSVPed list, When - 7 pm - Event's before the day, Sent By - Artie.
          2. Non-RSVped Reminder: Invitees not yet RSVPed, When - 7 pm Event’s before day, Sent By - Artie.
          3. Waitlist Opening: All the waitlisted contacts, When - When the waitlist opened, Sent By - Artie.

      • RSVP Confirmations: Under RSVP Confirmations 3, types of emails are available with Sent to, When, and Sent by fields populated as mentioned below :
          1. Confirmation: Sent To - Contact who RSVPed, When - When the waitlist opened, Sent By - Artie.

          2. RSVP cancel: Sent To - Contact who cancelled RSVP, When - When RSVP cancelled, Sent By - Artie.

          3. Waitlisted: Sent To - Contacts who joined waitlist, When -  When waitlist opened, Sent By - Artie.

             The flyer section displays events as a flyer, which you can print.
