How do I set up call forwarding for hyCRM phone sources in Hyly?

 

To start with, setting up call forwarding for hyCRM phone sources, you need to ensure that the client has access to hyBeacon and hyCRM and that the Voice Call for Twilio setup is done. 

 
 a. Log in to your Hyly account> Select Org> click hyBeacon.
b. Click the dropdown menu at the top left corner and select Tracking Phone #s.

c. Select the property for which you need to forward the number.

d. Click on the Source name for which you need to forward the number.

e. If you don't have a phone number, select the respective option under Tracking Phone.
f. You can either Buy a 1.800 Number or Buy a Local Number.

g. Click on the option to choose and add the Tracking Number.
h. Next, enter the Forwarding Phone Number to which you need to forward that number, if any.
 
  •  So, according to the below image, when someone calls 123-456-7890 (Tracking Number), the phone number 999-888-7777 (Forwarding Phone Number) will ring, as all of the calls on 123-456-7890 will be forwarded to 999-888-7777.
  • If you are seeing any issues or the calls are not being forwarded, you should first check the voice and fax settings on Twilio.

i. If you already have a phone number being forwarded, then you need to select the respective checkbox and add your tracking number to it.

j. On the Dynamic Number Insertion section, you can choose between the following options:
  • Do Not Replace.
  • Replace all phone numbers (identified with "tel:" prefix in the HTML on page).
  • Replace only phone number.

k. Click Save to save your changes.
