How do I use the Events My Approvals page as an agent?

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Events

b. Click on the Approvals menu to view the My Approvals page under it.

c. My Approvals page shows the list of events sent for approval by an agent.

d. The list displays an event's Schedule Date, Event name, and Approvers email.

e. The page can be filtered and sorted by Scheduled Date and Event name.

f. The event details can be seen by clicking the View Event tab.

g. Admins can also access the My Approval page to approve events.
