Following are the step-by-step instructions to set up or check if the ILS Authorization is enabled for a particular property for Costar, Betterbot, Rentpath, etc (Hyly.AI's Open Tours API Partners).
Open Tours API Partners:
The ILS Authorization, if implemented, enables the clients to use our Open Tours API, which will allow integration of our calendars with theirs. For example, if the property is authorized for Betterbot, Betterbot will be able to put tours on our calendar without any error.
Another example is if a prospect schedules a tour using the ILS website, such as Apartments.com, the tour will not get integrated with the Hyly.AI system unless the ILS Authorization for the property is enabled.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Org> Click Tours> Click Admin Settings: Tour Scheduler.
b. Go to the ILS Authorization page.
c. If it is an unmapped source, you will need to map it with the predefined ILS sources.
d. These Open API Partners pass us the true source of the lead to Hyly using SSID also to attribute the bots as help or assisting to covert the lead to tour; we capture it under Assist Tag. Map the assist just below the source dropdown.
e. You need to find the property in the list and check the checkbox to select it as per the required source from ILS, which needs to be authorized for the property.
