How do I use the sent email report page?


This overview will review what data you can view in the hyMail app’s Sent Email Report.
 
The Sent Email Report will catalog all your emails into a table that breaks down the data into numbers/percentages. This data is then grouped into categories monitored when the email is sent to selected recipients.
 

a. Log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app, select Org, and go to the hyMail app.

b. Select Reports from the drop-down menu.

c. You will be directed to the Sent email report page by default. The Sent email report page will display a table of all email campaigns sent under your property from the past month.
d. You can see how many emails were sent in a specific time range by clicking on the Calendar at the top right. 
e. Email campaigns highlighted in red will indicate elements of high unsubscribe rates, spam index, complaints, or bounce threshold. Data fields exceeding the threshold rates will also be highlighted in red under their specific categories.
f. You can export the Sent Email Report spreadsheet as a .csv file by clicking the "Export" button.
g. However, you can further break down the sent email data by clicking the "Export Email Links" button. This will export a .csv spreadsheet file, dividing all clickable links under each sent email into their category. Information under this spreadsheet will display how many of your leads clicked a specific link on an email campaign.
