How do I resolve the Desired Unit Issue while sending tour activities to Yardi?

The properties integrated with Yardi send the tour activity from Hyly.AI systems to Yardi. Since many floor plans are not associated with a unit, an issue occurred in the process, and the agents couldn't send the tours to the Yardi system. 
Following are the steps to resolve the Desired Unit Issue.
 
b. Search for the contact and select the contact to go to the contact card for which you want to send show details to Yardi.

c. Click on the Yardi icon beside the Contact Info tab. It will open a pop-up button.

d.  Under the Event section, click on Send Show and then click on Next.

e. Mention comments in Show Note in the Info section and click on Next.

f. In the Preferences section, the Desired Floor Plan field is kept as Nothing Selected.
g. Select the Floor Plan Unit as desired, select the desired move-in date, and mention comments.
h. Once done, click Next.

i. In the Send section, verify the details and click on Send to Yardi.
j. If you want to make any changes to previous sections, click Back.
k. To cancel the process, click Cancel.
