Reach out to your Realync Rep and ask them to activate the integration for Hyly.AI. After they turn on the integration, you need to create a link for each of the videos. To create links for videos, follow the below-mentioned steps;
a. Log in to Realync Dashboard>Select the video> go into create a share link.
b. Go to the Integration option on the left-hand side.
c. Click on the dropdown for selecting the Name of Integration and select Hy.ly Tour Site.
d. Click on the Create Link button.
e. Once the link is created, you can click the COPY LINK button to copy the link to add it to the Journey AI Tour Site.
f. Repeat the above steps for all the videos.
g. You can add the video to the TourSite, or you can share these links with either your Client Success Manager or support@hy.ly.
