Step 1 - Log into Google Tag Manager Account
Log into your property's Google Tag Manager Account and go to the " Admin" page.
Step 2 - Click on User Management
Click on the " User Management" option.
Step 3 - Add the User
Click on the "+" sign and select " Add User."
Add the email id - support@hy.ly and mark the checkbox for Administrator Permission.
Step 4 - Set Container Permissions
To give the Container Permissions, click on " Set all."
Mark all the checkboxes and click on "Done."
Step 5 - Click on Invite
Click on "Invite" to send the invitation to the added email id.
Once the user accepts the invite, they will be added as the Administrator.
